Mantilida eshop endeavors daily to provide a first-class customer service. With the creation of the Mantilida Online Shop, we start a form of advanced communication with our customers. The e-shop is addressed to all Internet users who are looking for direct information about the products offered by Mantilida, while offering them the opportunity of making purchases through online ordering.

Mantilida’s primary goal is to provide immediate service and maximum satisfaction to its customers by showing continued responsibility throughout its business process seeking to establish trust relationships between the company and its customers.

These terms are fully compatible with applicable European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the Company’s right to alter the terms of use insofar as they do not relate to its legally binding obligations and without prejudice to fait accompli.

B. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to make any transaction via the Mantilida Online Shop, you will be required to register and disclose some of your personal information. In the process of an order, you will be asked for your full name, the address to which the products will be sent, your landline telephone number (or any other phone you wish), your e-mail address and if you choose to make the payments through your credit card, you would be asked for your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, and your 3-digit security code.

Our company processes these data, in compliance with Article 7A, paragraph 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to execute the order made by the customer and which will in no way be disclosed or selled to third parties unless the procedure laid down in the law for the removal of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 are initiated.

Your personal details are made known to the appropriate bank (eg credit card number) and DELETED from our database immediately after the completion of your order, thus ensuring an even higher level of security.

All our products are handmade and made after order. On the product page you will find the production days for 1 piece of the product (range of days depending on the workload).

E. ORDER OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

The placing of an order through this e-shop constitutes a conclusion of a distance selling contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

You can make a valid order through this e-shop if you are legally qualified, following the articles of the Greek Civil Code (if you have reached the age of 18 years and you are not in legal support for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can be made by representatives of legal entities while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders made by legally incapacitated persons.

ORDERING PROCESS THROUGH E-SHOP:

1. Fill in a special form with the necessary information for the conclusion of the sales contract.
2. Unconditional acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and conditions of use, with the online option “ACCEPTANCE” given to the interested party on the website.

PAYMENT METHODS

In order to facilitate and provide excellent service to those who wish to make purchases at this online store, www.mantilida.gr offers the following payment methods:

1. By charging your credit card, www.mantilida.gr has taken all the necessary measures to maximize the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit cardholders are subject to validation. In this case, please indicate a contact phone number and a valid e-mail address.
2. Through PayPal.
3. On delivery at the time you receive the products, at an additional charge of € 1.50. Cash On Delivery is available ONLY for orders in Greece & Cyprus.
4. By depositing to our bank account and sending a copy of the bank payment order via email to [email protected].

The consumer is fully informed by the company before completing his order for the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the transport costs, the method of payment and delivery, the price and the term of validity the potential bid and the right of withdrawal.

By sending the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of his order, which he can store.

All prices listed under each product include VAT (24%), while www.mantilida.gr reserves the right to readjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.

The VAT has been regulated for EU countries and it will be recalculated after you enter your full address details during checkout.

Note: Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc. for which the company is not responsible.

F. METHOD – TIME – COST OF SHIPMENT

Any orders placed up to 12:30 (GMT+3) are processed by us on the same day and processed at the next working day. Any orders placed on Friday after 12:30 (GMT+3) and throughout the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

SHIPPING TO GREECE

Deliveries of products made in Attica and the rest of Greece via BIZ COURIER within 1-3 business days. The shipping cost is € 2.50, while for orders over € 80.00 the shipment is free of charge.

SHIPPING TO CYPRUS & THE REST OF THE WORLD

Shipping to Cyprus and other countries is via DHL at € 10.00 & € 18.00 respectively within 2-7 business days.

G. CONSUMER RIGHTS

CANCEL / RETURN

You have the right to return the entire order or part thereof without having to communicate the reason why you wish to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. If the reason for your return relates to a company error, as in the case of shipping a defective product, we will replace the product.

You are required to send the product in the same condition in which you received it without having damaged its packaging and without the special markings of the product being removed. In addition, you are required to include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting a withdrawal statement. Return will be accepted only after approval by the company.

To take advantage of the extended 30-day return period, you must state why you want to return your order (eg, the wrong size) and we will schedule the change after we approve your request.

If the reason for the return relates to a company’s error, Mantilida is committed to sent you a courier to the address you have appointed to receive your order, with shipping costs being charged to the company. In the event that the consumer wishes to return his order without being a company’s fault then the shipping costs are borne to the consumer. Once the product leaves from you, Mantilida receives it within 1-2 business days for returns within Greece. If you wish to be shipped through another transport company, there is no warranty from our store for the times we receive the products you return. Once we have received the product, we will process your request as soon as possible and inform you by e-mail about its handling. Under no circumstances do we issue a refund, only a change of product with another.

DETAILED RETURN GUIDE

1. It is a prerequisite for the product to be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition that you received it along with the retail receipt and including the product’s specific badges.
2. Beyond (14) calendar days, we must have approved your return upon contact.

Our company reserves the right to refuse a return if the above has not been met or you do not provide a reasonable reason for return.

GENERAL

1. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, you will be informed directly by e-mail to indicate if you wish, under the existing conditions, complete your order. Mantilida assumes no responsibility for any situation outside of its own fault and will do whatever is humanly possible for your best service.
2. Modification of the terms hereof: www.mantilida.gr has the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company is required to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
