You have the right to return the entire order or part thereof without having to communicate the reason why you wish to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. If the reason for your return relates to a company error, as in the case of shipping a defective product, we will replace the product.

You are required to send the product in the same condition in which you received it without having damaged its packaging and without the special markings of the product being removed. In addition, you are required to include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting a withdrawal statement. Return will be accepted only after approval by the company.

To take advantage of the extended 30-day return period, you must state why you want to return your order (eg, the wrong size) and we will schedule the change after we approve your request.

If the reason for the return relates to a company’s error, Mantilida is committed to sent you a courier to the address you have appointed to receive your order, with shipping costs being charged to the company. In the event that the consumer wishes to return his order without being a company’s fault then the shipping costs are borne to the consumer. Once the product leaves from you, Mantilida receives it within 1-2 business days for returns within Greece. If you wish to be shipped through another transport company, there is no warranty from our store for the times we receive the products you return. Once we have received the product, we will process your request as soon as possible and inform you by e-mail about its handling. Under no circumstances do we issue a refund, only a change of product with another.

DETAILED RETURN GUIDE

  1. It is a prerequisite for the product to be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition that you received it along with the retail receipt and including the product's specific badges.
  2. Beyond (14) calendar days, we must have approved your return upon contact.

Our company reserves the right to refuse a return if the above has not been met or you do not provide a reasonable reason for return.
